  • 1.  Queue Performance Data Missing

    No replies, thread closed.
    We are missing queue performance data from 7/5/19 and it appears to have been cut off during the 9:30am interval. Any one else experiencing this? We opened a case with Genesys; Case 0002576976.

    Yes we have the same issue, no data after 10 AM on Friday July 5th.

    This sounds to be related to (https://status.mypurecloud.com/ ) Aggregate Data Display posted earlier today and it's expected to be resolved overnight.
