  • 1.  Queue Performance Detail in 60 min intervals

    Hi!

    I feel like I am losing my mind, here.  I am trying to run a Queue Performance Detail report for calls offered in 60 min (1 hr) intervals and it is only giving me the option for 30 min granularity.  I usually use 30 min but now I want to see it as 60 min and I can't remember/figure out how to change the granularity.  I can only view it or export it in 30 min.  Am I stuck with 30 min?

    Hello Gina, 

    This is currently a limitation with the Queue Performance Detail report. I did find an idea here, to have this increased to 60 mins and even a 15 min as well. 

    I have gone in and voted for it.
