  • 1.  Queue Performance Routing View

    Can someone help me understand why I can't see this Queue Performance Routing view in workspace by default? All permissions have been appropriately assigned. Is this a new view/feature? coming soon? Why is it in the Resource Center but not anywhere else that I can find?

    Hey Shelby, for any question that seems like a bug or you experience unexpected behavior, I would open a case with care. It is probably something they will need to help you troubleshoot or review your settings.
