Hi Team,

We are running into the issue, where Queue is picking up following changes as default:

+ last_agent_routing_mode = "Disabled"

After 60 mins run the pipeline is not able to complete and getting timed out.

Can you please check why throttling is not happening for these resources?

These changes were done long back and pipeline suddenly started to pick it up, is there is any change in the API?

In normal scenario, this should have completed.
