Hi everyone.

My client asked me for a dashboard/queue view, in the same page, showing by queue the list of active agents and for each one their routing status, duration in current status, login date and direction.

For instance:

QUEUE_NAME1

I noticed that this is similar to Queues Activity view, but the client wants to have the agents list as well as different queues activity view in the same page.

So, I'm asking if Genesys has any plans to have a similar dashboard/view or if PURE-2178 or PURE-2190 could respond to my client needs.
