Hello. Genesys Cloud has a limit of 5000 members per queue. Is there a limit on how many queues can be assigned to a single agent? Thanks.
I don't see any place that there is a limit. Something to ask product management or perhaps @Chris Bohlin might know. I would not even attempt to find out. There are much better ways of managing agents and assignments like groups and skills to create a more efficient and easier-to-manage environment.
