  • 1.  Queues performance, no aggregate metrics when filtering based on division

    In the Queues Performance view it is possible to select multiple queues using the filter. The summary row then shows aggregate metrics for the selected queues. However, when I'm  selecting queues by using a division as a filter there are no aggregate metrics shown. Is this a bug or just a feature that is missing? Filtering based on division is basically useless if aggregate metrics are not shown.

    Due to performance concerns, the summary row only displays aggregate data for a list of queues that does not have paging. When filtering by division, paging is still present so at this time, we don't support summary row data there. I've made a note to explore other possible ways of handling this situation in the future.     @Maisey Harris Sorry for a very old reply. Was wondering if there is any update on being able to filter based on division and still get aggregate data?

    At this point it is still unsupported; I recommend posting an Idea so that we can get it prioritized by the Product Management organization.
