Hi everyone.
On our contact center, we would like to restrain access per queue for supervisors that can access to queue configuration and queue performance.
For instance:
Queue A:
Only supervisor A can view everything related to this queue, and nothing about the other queues.
Queue B:
Only supervisor B can view everything related to this queue, and nothing about the other queues.
Is this possible?
