    We are looking to implement quick replies for web chat channel, If i am reading this right, it appears it is not available on web chat channel?  Is this on the roadmap, if so, when maybe.  our use case is to present 4 dates to our customer and they can choose the payment date of choice.  thanks

    You are correct.  RCS (rich content services) are only available with Web Messaging.  You should not be deploying Chat anymore.  

    Yes, Web Messaging does support quick replies using bots.  For your case, I would suggest a Dynamic Slot that looks up the dates and then presents them with an Ask for Slot tool.  These will be presented to the customer as quick replies.  Make sure you turn on that option in the Bot Flow Settings in the Bot.

    Indeed - Rich Messaging is not planned for Web Chat: you should definitely adopt Web Messaging for all upcoming innovation.

    Robert, wealth of information (also you Angelo).....thanks much.  So the team is in process of converting bot flows to inbound messaging.  We are testing and created ask for slot, but stuck on how we could present a variable as the quick reply bubble.  i..e we search our back end db for 4 due date options.  we want to present those dates.  the only thing i have figured out so far is to present a static value.  thanks in advance!!

    Looks like GA may have been delayed on this feature.  I think is should be released in the next few weeks.
