Our organization has been running in to the error message regarding rate limit reached, please wait and try again, more and more the last few weeks.

When reaching out to support, we are only met with the answer that this is a hardcoded limit, and they can't do anything.
Have yet to get a response to if the issue is with our own apps or if it is the Genesys modules causing the issue.
Has anyone else had this issue and found a workaround? or is this just how it is?
