What is ACD Time? I am not getting the total ACD Time for an Agent. .Need to get the total time for the day? So here we are using Aggregation query and filtering by with 1 one day interval AggregationQuery.GroupByEnum.Userid, AggregationQuery.GroupByEnum.Queueid, I went through tAcd taking sum value and converting to seconds but not sure its for the day as total time. Please request to suggest for the same.

Aggregation queries aggregate data for the interval you specify. So whether or not the stat is for the whole day depends on if your interval is for the whole day.
