Hope to see if anyone encountered this issue before raising it with Genesys customer care.
We are in the testing phase of authenticated web messaging deployment. During testing, the business tester observed the "Re-authenticating..." message appearing for a brief period while they are trying to move between web pages. Is this message coming from Genesys? If so, is there a way to make it disappear?
