    Hi,

    We are trying to check how many agents are logged into the queue or not using API. If agents are on Queue then call should route to Queue or else call should route to the assigned user.
    Is it possible to achieve this task using API, please provide the information

    I recommend you visit the developer website to learn more about using the API.
