hi , I just setup a new customer on Purecloud Voice with Polycom Phones VVX411.
While testing I found that when I press a Message button on Polycom Phones VVX411, I get to Message center and then I get three options 1) Connect 2) Back and 3) clear, when I hit connect to check my Voicemail Messages nothing happens , ( I know I can use *86 to check my Voicemail but Users may want to use Message button Instead)

I read somewhere in Internet that you have to login to each Phone's IP  and have to do a line configurations , this will be very time consuming considering large number of Polycom Phones, is there any quick and easy configuration to setup the message button on each Phone so that when user press that button they are directly taken to their respective Voicemail box ?

    Hi,

I think you would have to debloy a provisioning server on the enterprise network and serve configurations from there to the phones.
there is at least helper script to make those configuration files from csv list of phone macs and wanted configurations so you do not have to do all those one by one. Script here

also might be possible to use Polycom Zero touch to configure phones from there. This will reguire phones to be able to communicate to the polycom cloud service.

I hope this answers to your guesstion :)

In our environment we were able to enable this by opening a support case and having them add the *86 voicemail policy to our org.

You can also do this yourself via API. On the Voicemail Policy set "voicemailExtension": "*86"

If you want to set it manually on a phone you can change the Callback Contact under the Message Center to *86. See attachment. I would only do this for testing, since the other methods are far simpler for deployment and more permanent!
