I want to know if this configuration is supported by Purecloud:

We have a Script for inbound call that Agents use it to fill customer's info and data (this data are retrieved later as Participant Data by a third party developpement app for statistics) on this Script there is a ''schedule callback'' button used if customer want to be called back later, so my question:

Is it possible during this callback to display automatically the same script with last data entered by this agent ? this will let him to remember what are the choises and infos related to this customer

Thank you George for the feedback
Data is used by dev team (I think are stored in NodeJS Server) in order to retrieve personalized reports with Participant Data filled by agents on the Script during the call

Just so I am clear, how/where are you saving the data for access by the third-party app?
