Hi Gina,
The filter will 'persist' with different management unit selections as long as the newly selected management unit has data that matches that filter if applied. If not, then the filter is cleared. If you are seeing different behavior, then I would recommend opening a support ticket.
Filtering for adherence type or any of the items in the section above the header row, only requires a single click (click one of the 'jewels', green, orange, red, purple).
I am not sure we would consider a change in behavior because it would prompt others to complain about persisting the filter when they do not want it to be. You could always enter an idea on Ideas Lab and Product Management can determine if we need to support a display option for the view.

I've noticed that the filter setting in the Real-Time adherence screen do not save when you change from MU to MU. Each time I go to look at another group. I have to re-tell it it only pull Out of Adherence or Severely Out of Adherence. Is anyone else having the same issue? Am I using the filter wrong?
