    Hi Community,

    Is there any app foundry partner that helps with real-time call transcription in Genesys Cloud?
    As I understand, GC only provides call transcripts at the end of the call near-real-time.

    Actually, Genesys voice transcription is near real time and is accessible through the Notifications API.  More details here:
