We’re using Genesys Realtime WebSocket for Realtime notifications like Agent Stats or Queue Observations.
We have few questions which we would appreciate your feedback on.
- Whenever we create a channel we have an expiry date for each channel. But even after 50 hours still that channel is live. I would like to understand when the actual expiry will happen? I see 24 hours. But it doesnt look like thats true.
- Sometimes WebSocket’s are receiving errors. After receiving the error we’re still getting records. Sometime we’re not receiving the records. I need to understand these cases.
- Is their way to delete the channels from our side. Because even after expiry it’s sending heart beats.
