Reason for Selection Error

    I am implementing AI scoring for an organization, and when running the evaluation against an interaction, it is scoring the call but the Reason for Selection on all of the answers is "This question was answered by AI Scoring, but the reason for selection is not available".  Does anyone know why this might be?
