Hi Vaun.
The reason for reboots was configuration issue we've had and pairing problem that came with it - it took us quite some time to figure out.
When it comes to monitoring, currently we're using corporate HP OMi, but it's very limited when it comes to functionality (it basically checks if device responds to pings).
I was looking at some custom build based on AWS Lambda, but since it's not a priority, I never had time to really dig into it:

Hello, from what I've seen using "restart" does something similar to what you'd do with LCA in Engage - it just restarts the service (not rebooting the device).
We've been "restarting" our edges quite a lot at some point and I never got an alert from our monitoring team (which I do when they go offline).

Just curious, does the "restart Edge" function actually reboot the appliance or just restart certain services? When have you had to actually do a physical reboot/power cycle as oppose to just using the restart option in the UI?
