I don't believe so.
This is actually due to limitations of email, rather than Genesys Cloud. Some local systems (like Exchange) may have the ability to pull back an email before it's read, but once it's gone out onto the internet, the best you can do is to send a recall request, which may (or may not) be even recognized by the receiving system!
Personally, I get several emails a week that are followed by a recall request, but I can still see the original email. (I'm talking about my personal email here, I run my own server and it isn't Exchange! 🤣)
