Hi
When you accept an incoming email with attachment, but would like to send the email and attachment to another recipient or queue. I can not find the feature, I have to save attachment and then reconnect it to the email. Something I don't understand or is there a solution I have not found?

If using the UI, you should be able to transfer the email to another PureCloud user or a queue and the attachment gets sent along with the email to the next recipient.

Hi I would also like to forward an email with an attachment to an email address external to PureCloud (i.e. not transferring between queues or to another PureCloud user) and do so without saving the attachment then reattaching it. For record keeping purposes we need to protect the integrity of the workflow of the email. Is this something that will be available in the near future?
