Hi,
In Digital bot flow we am using Ask for Slot action and using Dynamic slot to update and present the options, but when customer types something instead of choosing an option, bot is going to Event Handling -> Recognition Failure Event.
In the Recognition Failure Event we are transferring to a reusable task and in the reusable task we are again transferring to the previous Ask for Slot block and we are getting the options correctly, but if we type something again, bot is going into Error Event and exiting the flow

I have also tried transferring to a different Ask for Slot block, but still going to Error Event, It seems like Recognition Failure Event is only triggering once per flow.
Is this how the current system is working or am I doing something wrong?
Basically we need to track the customer input -- if customer has entered something instead of choosing options we need to capture that input and process it. Is there a way we can achieve this?
