    Hi @Kelly Dupre. We do have Collaborate for Android (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-collaborate-for-android-faq/) and iOS (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-collaborate-for-ios-faq/), but I do not believe we currently offer the ability to record a call from the mobile app. @Caitlan Spronk, could you verify? Thank you!

    I do not actually have a definite answer to this, but @Brian Dupuis  or @Carlton Whitehead might.

    I see the call recording option on my Android phone when I choose the option to place the call through the PureCloud network in the app:

    I haven't looked at iPhone
