I don't think you can - it records everything from the moment the caller hits the IVR as it is part of the entire recording & timeline reporting.

I have enabled the line recording from the "external trunk", but it records the calls from the beginning , how can I configure purecloud to record the connected calls only; I mean , to record only the calls when its connected with the agent ?
