Hello.
I made a small agentless outbound campaign that calls our customer and then connect the customer call with another external number. The problem is that the call between the customer and the other external number is not being recorded.
Is there any configuration to make possible the recording of this call? I tried doing a conference through API, but there are some limitations

I answered myself. It is possible, In Trunks section, we had to enable this 5 characteristics I hope this can help someone else
