    Hi all,

    Is it possible to record a custom wav file with generic message (like: I'm not available, please leave your message after the tone...) and upload it to all users mailbox ?

    If you are Architect Admin, you may replace the system prompt voicemail_welcome & voicemail_please_leave_message (Language: English
    United States) to meet your needs.

    It works fine, however the name of user is played through TTS, is there any option to disable the name playing ?
