Our clients have complained about black screens, and recordings going black when they review. It is their impression the Interaction did not record or partial recorded. We found this not true, but a Buffering issue during playback. If they rewind/backup the playback, the screen is there.
Is there any optimization or best practice of Interaction recorded screens playback to be recommended to QA/Clients?
