Users complain about not being able to Live monitor, Recording Management doesn't show up under quality link on Admin Tab.  The only way I can resolve this is giving them Quality Administrator Role.  They have Recording View permissions.  If they are Quality Evaluator they can't Live monitor.  What permissions am I missing.  No one should be able to Delete recordings.

You will need to follow each of those links to ensure the permissions for interactions view etc are also enabled
