  • 1.  Recover Deleted Queue

    Hey all,
    I accidentally deleted a queue, and now all the interactions previously associated with that queue have no "queue" so I cannot search for them. Any ideas how to recover that or search for the interactions or run a report on them?

    The conversations should still have the deleted Queue's Id associated with them. The Conversation Aggregate Query in the Analytics service should find them.

    Hi Smith, 

              Is there a way to retrieve the Call reports from the Purecloud UI, than going to the APIs ? 
    Also, I wanted to know whether it is possible to create a queue with the same Id as the old queue and hence retrieve all the data that way ?

    I got told this was not possible by support, I also did the same and accidentally deleted some queues.
