    Hi All,

    I'm using the following API to fetch the transcript URL and retrieve the full call transcript:

    /api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/conversations/{conversationId}/communications/{communicationId}/transcripturl

    We have Sensitive Data Redaction enabled for Payment Cards, and I can see the classification tag PCI_DSS being applied in the analytics results. However, when I download the transcript, the PCI data still appears unredacted in the transcript text.

    Could anyone advise how to ensure that PCI_DSS classified data is actually redacted when accessing the transcript via this API? Is there an additional parameter, setting, or a different API endpoint I should be using to get the redacted version?

    Thank you, The issue is resolved now, the account that i am using has permission to view sensitive data. If i choose to download the transcript with another account it shows redacted data.
