    I saw this announcement today, would it be possible to produce before/after screenshots and relevant information which can help end user training?

    Hi,

    In addition to the before/after screenshots, could you also share:

    • The planned release timeline
    • Whether there will be any enablement controls (e.g., admin toggles or permissions) to help manage rollout

    Hi Rainbow, Darshan and Team,

    The feature is planned for April 20 (tentative) following the regular regional release schedule. There is no customer/user control over the feature.

    What users will see, is that the current rotating indicator around the "Call" button will be replaced to a colored icon

    or in case of an active call to

    If the persistent connection not active, the green icon will not be present in the corner of the button.
    The change is driven by customers complaining confusion over the present animation.

    Hello, as per today's "Coming Soon" page update, this feature is not mentioned. Could you confirm if it is delayed and to what date?

    Yes, we have one week delay, release starting on Monday Apr 27 (tentative).
