  • 1.  Reedem Orchestrators and Advocacy Points

    Hi Certification Community!

    I want to reedem my Reedemable points on a GC Learning Subscription.
    Currently in Orchestrators platform I have 1080 Reedemable points.
    But when I try to reedem, only 245 points are available in advocacy.shopgenesys.com

    Does anybody had the same issue? I checked and the same email is used on both platforms.

    Hi Vinicius

    Whenever I have a problem or question regarding the Orchestrator portal, I send an email to "advocacy@genesys.com"... they always respond.

    Hi, Vinicius!

    You can in the Orquestrator select the part support and in the part "Ask me anything"include this situation.

    Probably the system will open a case and internally the advocacy team will reply for you.

    I am also having many issues with Orchestration, but I send an email to support, and they adjust the points. However, try logging out and back into your account to refresh it in the store.

    Thanks to everyone.
    They answered my email sent to advocacy@genesys.com and solved the issue of points missing in the advocacy shop.
    Also they fixed one badge that was missing in Orchestrators platform.

    I am experiencing the same issues regarding the training on the Education Portal. I double-checked, and the portal still has not reflected the completion.

    I have submitted a request through the Orchestrator Portal to have this addressed and to assess whether the process is functioning properly. I also have clients reporting that they are requesting support, and the resolution time has been longer than expected.

    Hi Vinicius! Your points balance and Orchestrators tier are updated within the Rewards Store each time you sign in. If you don't immediately see your new points balance or tier reflected in the store, signing out and back in should refresh these fields and resolve the issue for you.
