Hi Robert, thanks for your answer
yes, i've tested what you mention before. I've tested a campaign rule that should trigger after 99% of campaign progress. But the recycling via campaign rules does not trigger anymore when it sees there are no more contacts on the contact list.
Regarding the other option ( trigger on the campaign or the contact list that runs a workflow) could you help me what event of the process automation should I use? As far as I concern, the only one could I use is: v2.detail.events.conversation.{id}.outbound, but it only triggers when a contact is contacted, nothing about campaign status.
Thanks.

Have you looked at Campaign rules. It allows recycling when it gets down to a certain level (or up depending on your POV). With an always running, not sure how that would fire. I would test and see if it actually sees the completion percentage and recycles or not. Other option is a trigger on the campaign or the contact list that runs a workflow that could recycle the campaign if it gets to a certain level or it sees a particular contact.

Subject: Refresh contact list filter using recicles when campaign has finished
Good morning experts,
I have an outbound campaign where I use the contact list filters to determine which records I want to be flagged. this filter is based on a calling list field of type date. basically when that date arrives, the record is a candidate to be called. constantly during the life of the campaign, recycles are made, allowing the filter to always be updated and new contacts can be called.
The problem comes when the campaign reaches the end of its useful contacts (100%). Although the campaign is in "always running" the campaign cannot update the filter because it has already finished, so the only way to refresh the campaign and keep calling, is to make a manual recycling.
Is there a way to automate that every certain time (5 minutes) the campaign continues to be recycled, although the campaign has ended?
Thanks in advance!!
