    Hi all!

    I'm happy to share some updates coming your way to enhance your experience with the Profile Panel UI for External Contacts and Organizations. If you are a user of Profile Panel / Single Customer View or interested in this area, stay tuned! Please see the attached PowerPoint for more details.

    What's New:

    ​User Experience Enhancement: We've added hyperlinks to all contact and organizations names and moved the external organization to a separate tab.

    Streamlined Contact Creation and Editing: We've reduced the number of clicks to edit an organization and unlink/edit a contact.

    Use of Common Components: Consistent use of common Genesys Cloud components for creating or editing fields for a new contact, including entry of phone numbers and SMS settings.

    Attached is a PowerPoint to help you get acquainted with the new updates. As always, we welcome your feedback and look forward to hearing your thoughts on this exciting new update which will go live from the 13th of January 2025. I will continue to post updates in this thread so that you know exactly when to expect changes!

    Status update on the availability of this feature. We are pushing out the release of this feature to late January. I will post an update with the confirmed date as we get closer to release.
