    Hello Satish, 

    If I am understanding your questions correctly. Today, Genesys Cloud doesn't have a feature that can take a natural language prompt and automatically build an entire Architect flow for you. The platform still requires the flow logic and orchestration to be designed and built within Architect.

    That being said there are other options, for example, AI can assist with generating intents and utterances for NLU, and Agentic Virtual Agents can be integrated into Architect flows to handle conversational interactions and actions. So while AI can help with pieces of the process, it's not yet at the point where it can create a complete Architect flow from a set of instructions.

    It's definitely the kind of capability I could see a lot of customers finding value in, so if this is something you'd like to see in the future, I'd encourage you to share that feedback with your Customer Success Manager or through the Ideas Portal.

    I don't know if this is of interest, but yesterday I posted about releasing v1 of my Claude Code plugin that can create Architect flows from a prompt.

    My Claude Code plugin can allow you to use Claude's AI to create Architect Flows, and also automatically test Bot Flows/Digital Bot Flows - useful when its building out a bot, or you just want it to test existing bot flows for edge-cases etc.

    @Satish Huzuru I created a tool called Flowy that might be of interest to you: https://github.com/rhanneken/flowy

    (Note: this is a personal open-source project, not a product of the company I work for.)

    Flowy manages "migrations." A migration is a script that transitions Genesys Cloud from one state to another-for example, a script that creates or modifies a flow. These migration scripts can be generated by AI.

    The scripts are written in JavaScript or TypeScript and leverage the Architect Scripting SDK and/or the Platform API Client SDK.
