Great question! You can redeem your Orchestrator points in the Advocacy Store for the following:
- 1-Year Learning Subscription (1,000 pts): It gives you full access to Genesys Beyond training materials and includes one exam voucher.
- Certification Exam Vouchers (200 pts): These can be used if you need a retake or want to sit for a specific exam without the full subscription.
Once you have the voucher/subscription, you can claim any of the Genesys Cloud CX certifications (Professional, Architect, or Specialists like AI and WFM). Earning these will also help you level up through the Orchestrator tiers (Conductor, Composer, etc.)
