    Hi,

    Hoping for some help or ideas.

    We want to register customer callbacks to dialer campaigns and, as far as I can see, it should be possible, however we are not sure how exactly that is done.

    Does anyone have some advice for us?

    Hello Laura,

    The Customer First callback option enables Genesys Cloud to dial the customer before connecting the interaction to an agent. This Resource Center article may have the information that you need!
