Hi All,
A call is connected fine. At 1/2 the session-expiration time, CUCM send a re-invite to Genesys Cloud.
The INVITE/Trying/200 OK/ACK flows fine but the customer states his SBC looses RTCP and so it ends the call.
Media capture does not capture RTCP so I have nothing to go on from that side.
Any words of wisdom? Aside from increasing the session timer?
