  • 1.  REINVITE issues with CUCM - RTCP

    Hi All,

    A call is connected fine.   At 1/2 the session-expiration time, CUCM send a re-invite to Genesys Cloud. 

    The INVITE/Trying/200 OK/ACK flows fine but the customer states his SBC looses RTCP and so it ends the call.

    Media  capture  does not capture RTCP so I have nothing to go on from that side.

    Any words of wisdom?  Aside from increasing the session timer?

    Hello John,

    There is likely some misconfiguration on the SBC causing the handshake to fail for the outbound SIP dialog on session refresh. Are you seeing anything in the SIP pcap download from interaction? If not, you may need to open a case with Customer Care to look in what is causing the disconnect.
