    Will the voice components that were originally listed to be included in this release going live next week ?

    Yes, these voice component changes are part of the Consult experience release scheduled for next week.

    Will the new voice consult changes, also apply if an agent is consult calling a queue, rather than an individual?

    Yes, the new voice consult changes will also apply when agents consult a queue instead of an individual.

    Will this release require a log out and log back in for it to get pushed to the end user? Or a refresh? Or just occur upon receiving a consult after the release has been pushed? Thank you!
