  • 1.  Release Notes 11/15/23 - Not seeing renaming of Schedules to Operating Schedules

    Per the 11/15/23 Release Notes, Genesys Cloud renamed Admin > Routing > Schedules to Admin > Routing > Operating Schedules. I am running the latest version 2.29.749.0 and do not see the change.  Thank you.

    Hi Eileen not sure if this is the cause but I recall seeing a comment that releases are now being spread over 2 days or so.
