    Hi All, we want to have an agent working in the US remotely. Our office is located in Australia. Is anyone else doing this? How is the audio? Any delays or degradation.

    Hi Kylie,

     

    If you are doing it with remote number (PSTN) network it will work fine. I would say that if you use WebRTC or something similar it will depend on the speed on your network. We are doing this between the Nordic countries.
