    Hi Kaio,

    some users would like to be able to use a mobile phone instead of WebRTC sometimes (without using the communicate app), a remote station could have their mobile phonenumber, so it would be personal and not to be used by someone else.

    Hi Jeroen, I dont see a way to assign a Remote Phone to a specific User... only when they login to it per se.  

    Genesys warns it could violate some HIPAA regulations.  I usually used them when I was testing though.  Create a remote phone View summary - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    They'll still need a communicate license, but they can use it in Desktop App or Gencloud web version.

    Thanks Mike, it's a current way of working we would like to offer besides WebRTC. The users have all necessary licenses.

    You could create a Remote Phone for that user and set that as a default for that user. If you're looking to prohibit others from using Remote Phone, I'm not sure if we have an option to lock out others from using that phone. I did see that there is an idea in the Product Ideas Lab that could be helpful in the future. You may want to comment and vote on this idea:
