    A financial services customer is asking how other organisations manage remote login access to PureCloud (they use the Chrome Browser not the Desktop Client). They see this as a security risk and would to know if and how others may have overcome this?

    We are in the same situation and we're relying on this feature being delivered this year - PureCloud Ideas Lab - Option to Disable PureCloud authentication for SSO users

    We are using the Windows desktop client but it's our understanding that this issue applies to both the desktop app & Chrome.

    That posting also documents the current work-around.
