    Hi Everyone, 

    We are not using External Contacts and would like to disable or hide the Prfoile interaction widget. Could you please advise on how to achieve this?

    Hi Karthik,

    I believe this can be achieved by removing the External Contacts > Contact > View permission from the agents.
