Hello,
is there any way to remove an ACD Skill from an in queue conversation using the platform API?
I'd like to dynamically assign an agent specific ACD skill to a conversation in Architect, but remove it after a period of time if it is not picked up.

I believe the only way to do this is via configured in-queue handling/acd bullseye config.
