Hello,
I have a workflow that mirrors one persons profile over to another but I need the profile to be clear of all roles/skills/queues before the mirror.
Is there an API that is capable of doing this? My initial thought was to use PUT /api/v2/users/{User_ID}/state to delete the user and then set them as active which would clear the roles and queues but I think this might cause issues with work schedules.
