I have callers creating callbacks within a In-queue flow by selecting a menu prompt. The call creates a Callback within the queue. When I check the queue the callback is there. When I check the Performance/Workspace/Call Back it will not show. Need to see how to remove callbacks from a queue in bulk. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
