This days we have a problem with a big number of callbacks . Its my first experience with Genesys , i want to ask about this topic : is it possible to delete callbacks at once by use of an API request ? Can this callbacks dialed automatically ? Ho to set a rule in a capmain to not dialed a blacked phone number ?
