Hi Team,

Is there a way two remove the two tabs (Quality Administrator and Quality Evaluator) from Performance>Overview of Agent web interfaces in PureCloud ?

I already remove roles of (Quality Administrator and Quality Evaluator) for this agents, but still they can see it under Performance>Overview

Any idea ?

Though the roles are removed, you need to further check all the existing permissions assigned to this particular role. Try removing one by one and you will reach to a point where you see those dashlets are gone,

I faced this problem other way around. I had to add permissions one by one to reach to a point where I could see the agent's own stats dashlet to be shown in the dashboard.

If you go to edit a user, the View Permissions tab will show you which role(s) each permission is coming from.
